DATA COLLECTION |
- Both Varialble and Attribute data collection is available is the same DC-9005
- Data can be collected by one feature at a time, or by an entire part at a time
- The subgroup sample size is selectable from 1-30
- A window of reasonable limits can be set based on a percentage of the total specification width, allowing all data within the window, and alarming the operator of all data outside the window.
- Most all Math Functions are available, inlcluding feature to feature calculations.
- Drawings and instructions pertinent to the part are available for viewing while collecting data.
- The specification limits can be set as actual values or to be calculated using the tolerances.
- Password protection keeps critical information secure from accidental altering.

| PROCESS CONTROL |
- Four Traceability Tags (such as operator and lot number) can be used to track and sort data
- Process Warnings can ge turned on or off, dependent upon the application.
- Assignable Causes can be fixed from the onset or continously recalculated. A user-definable number of subgroups can be used to determine when to fix the limits.
