• Quadra-Chek 5000: Turnkey Windows™-based metrology software and personal computer system. Mouse driven software with graphical part representation, zoom capability, color coded pass/fail (with audio alert) and part view print out. Automatic guiding of operator through measurement sequence, stored programs including nominals and tolerances, data storage for interface to/from CAD or other external programs. Includes Pentium personal computer with 15” SVGA monitor fully interfaced to the Quadra-Chek 5000 software. Includes non-linear error correction.
• B/W Video Edge Detection System: Capable of edge detection in either profile or surface illumination and will greatly improve speed while maintaining reliability and repeatability of dimensional measurements. Includes calibration standard, programmable profile and surface illumination, parfocal zoom lens with approximately 30-230x magnification, 15” SVGA monitor and 4” focal travel.
• CNC Drives: Fully programmable 2-axis drive motors with a manually controlled joystick.
• .00004”/.001mm resolution Heidenhain linear encoders.
• Light Table Base: Fluorescent back-lit surface for transparent parts or profile measurements.
• Square rail bearing design for increased rigidity and repeatability.
• Coarse and fine adjust mechanism with easy on/off switch ensuring zero backlash.
• Rugged structural steel T-square bridge construction with 6” clearance under the bridge.
• Base of 1” cast aluminum tool and jig plate on a structural tubular steel frame and steel floor stand for maximum rigidity.
• 150 watt fiber optic illuminator, annular ring light, variable intensity.
